S355J2+N steel is widely known as high tensile, and a low alloy structural steel, manufactured in accordance with EN10025-2. S355J2+N has minimum yield strength 355 MPa, Tensile 470 to 630 MPa,and the “+N” means normalized when rolling, while J2 means doing charpy V-notch impacting test @ -20 ℃.

S355J2+N and S355J2G3 are the similar steel grades as both grades delivery condition are normalized. G3 and N stand for normalized. S355J2+N is easy to weld, low carbon, high tensile strength structural steel. Due to its low carbon equivalent, it possesses good cold-forming properties.
